2026 Turkeys for Tomorrow Fully Feathered Raffles Official Rules

RAFFLE PERIOD: The Raffle starts at 12:01 A.M. CST on December 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 P.M. CST on February 28, 2026  (“the Deadline”).

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for another prize by the winner. TFT reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value, at their discretion.

ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C., age 21 years or older. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Governed by U.S. law. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of Turkeys for Tomorrow (“TFT”) (“the Sponsor”), and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER:  Eligible entrants can enter the Raffle by making an online purchase of 1 raffle ticket for $20, 3 raffle tickets for $50, 7 tickets for $100, 20 tickets for $250, 50 tickets for $500, or 150 tickets for $1,000.  Each raffle ticket will provide one chance for the entrant to win the Prize item listed per Hunt Raffle.  The number of ticket(s) purchased reflects how many chances the entrant has per raffle.

Raffle purchases can NOT be changed and are non-refundable after purchase.  The TFT Fully Feathered Raffles promotional material and information can be found on the website via the internet at: https://turkeysfortomorrow.org/

All raffle entries become the exclusive property of TFT and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent or corrupted is void and will not be accepted.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURES:  Entrant must purchase a raffle ticket to enter or win. You have not yet won. Begins 12/01/25; ends 2/28/26 (“Entry Period”).

Entry constitutes consent to use and publish the name of winner.

Prizes and Their Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of comparable value.

Maximum value of all prizes: $42,200. Odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:5,000 for each prize.

WINNER SELECTION:  The prize shall be drawn and posted on or before Monday, March 2, 2026. The drawings shall be conducted by a random selection from registration numbers assigned at the time of entry when the raffle ticket is purchased.  Drawings will be conducted by a third party software whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Winner selection will be made by Turkeys For Tomorrow, whose decision shall be final. The winners will be notified by email/telephone/or social network message the day of the drawing. TFT reserves the right to determine the method of notification. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) business days, an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining qualified Entries. In order to be named a winner, potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration before being awarded a prize. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. The Raffle Sponsor reserves the right to delay the notification of the winner for technical reasons or for any other reason it deems necessary.

WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES:   Each winner must conform to all local, state and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements to travel to hunt locations.  Winner is responsible for acquiring any license and/or permits as required by local, state and federal law.  Winner will pay for all transportation costs.  Winners bear risk of loss or damage for failure to pick up their prize. No prize is intended for sale or for prize distribution in those states or in those areas where the prize is prohibited by law. If a potential winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant federal, state or local laws and regulations the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. If for any reason whatsoever, a winner is not able to accept a prize due to reasons such as, but not limited to physical impairment, mental disability, etc., she/he may receive an alternate prize at Sponsor’s discretion. State and local laws, restrictions and regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of the prizes. The mention of the prizes or any other product or service in any advertisement or text does not mean the products or services have been tested, endorsed or approved by Sponsor. No prize is redeemable for cash, exchange or transfer, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value if any prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prize and other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to registration, title, license fees, insurance, and optional equipment (except where prohibited by law), and all other unspecified costs associated with claiming, registering and/or using the corresponding prize. Winners acknowledge the Released Parties (as defined herein) do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize, except that prizes will be subject to the corresponding manufacturer’s stated warranty, if any.

NOTICE TO ONLINE PARTICIPANTS:  Use of mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

USE / LICENSE OF PARTICIPANTS’ INFORMATION AND SUBMITTED
CONTENT: Notwithstanding any contrary provision in any of Turkeys for Tomorrow (TFT), Shane Profitt, Brad Clay, Joe Drake, Brittany Jill, Northwest Missouri Bucks and Beards Outfitters, Lazy Horse Outfitters, Hunter Renfrew, Austin Sills, Spring Legion, Rangeland Hunting Adventures, Southwind Plantation, Christian Craighead, Marsupial Gear, Migra Amunition, Vortex, Honey Hole Game Calls, Final Descent Outdoors, 67 Outfitters, and Caden McDonald are referred to as LISTED COMPANIES with respective privacy policies, Participant grants to LISTED COMPANIES the right to use any and all information related to the HUNT RAFFLE, including information and content submitted by Participant in connection with the RAFFLE, as follows:

(a) Eligibility – The Raffles are open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Entries originating from other jurisdictions are not eligible. Employees of LISTED COMPANIES, as well as their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households as such employees are ineligible.

(b) Marketing – Participant agrees LISTED COMPANIES may use Participant information for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. By submitting your contact information, you agree to allow LISTED COMPANIES to send you promotional materials and/or offers.

(c) Right of Publicity License – Participant grants LISTED COMPANIES permission to use his/her name, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.

(d) Intellectual Property License - Participant grants LISTED COMPANIES the non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, unencumbered, transferable, sub licensable, perpetual, and universe wide right, but not the obligation, to reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, compile, archive, syndicate and otherwise use and exploit the Entry and any content submitted to TFT (including without limitation copyrights), as well as any and all derivatives thereof, in any and all languages, and in any and all manners, mediums, and forms now known or hereinafter devised.

(e) Warranty – Participant represents and warrants to LISTED COMPANIES that s/he has full legal right, power, and authority to grant the foregoing licenses, and, if applicable, has secured all necessary rights from any subjects depicted in, and/or individuals who contributed to, the Entry and content submitted in order to grant such license.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a. The winner may be required to execute and provide to TFT an Affidavit or Declaration: (1) attesting to the winner’s Eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules; (2) providing a Liability Release that releases LISTED COMPANIES from any liability arising out of the RAFFLE; (3) a Publicity Release, allowing LISTED COMPANIES to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice and biographical information for publicity purposes; and/or (4) a license to certain intellectual property. At TFT’s sole discretion, non-compliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The winner also may be required to provide any other information needed by TFT to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the payment of income taxes.

b. TFT reserves the right, exercisable upon their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to have (1) violated these Official Rules (2) interfered with the entry process or the operation of the RAFFLE (3) altered or attempted to alter the random outcome of the RAFFLE; (4) violated any law or regulation by participating in the RAFFLE; or (5) fraudulently completed the Entry or provided other false or infringing information to TFT.

c. TFT is under no obligation to use or return any Entry or submitted content.

d. Participant FULLY RELEASES LISTED COMPANIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, AND WAIVE ALL SUCH LIABILITY, CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE on ANY PROPERTY OR ANY RELATED PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL LISTED COMPANIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY PRIZE AWARDED IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM LISTED COMPANIES AND THAT ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES LISTED COMPANIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, EXPENSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, IN CONNECTION WITH LOSS OF LIFE, BODILY INJURY AND/OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE  2026 TFT RAFFLE.

e. All taxes, fees, assessments, title and registration fees, insurance, and like charges, associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

f. The value of the prize is based upon good faith estimates by TFT as of the date the RAFFLE was commenced. LISTED COMPANIES assume no responsibility for changes in market conditions that may impact the value of a prize. There is no guarantee that the IRS, or its counterpart in any state’s jurisdiction, will accept the estimated value of any prize for purposes of determining any tax that may be due by the winner.

g. Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the TFT, which shall be final and binding in all respects. TFT reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site; or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. You agree that in your participation in the RAFFLE you will not use obscene, libelous or slanderous language, or language that infringes upon a third party’s trademark, trade name or other intellectual property right or right of privacy. You further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the RAFFLE or to prevent others’ participation in the RAFFLE. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: The RAFFLE, these Official Rules, the entire relationship between participants, LISTED COMPANIES and any legal proceeding relating to or arising therefrom, whether based on contract, tort, law, or equity, shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of ALABAMA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any legal action arising out of or relating to the RAFFLES shall be conducted in the District and Circuit Courts of LEE COUNTY, ALABAMA, and shall not be subject to transfer to another venue or locale. Regardless of whether a particular dispute is subject to arbitration or litigation, each Party does hereby waive his/her/its right to a trial by jury, to participate as the member of a class in any purported class action or other proceeding, or to name unnamed members in any purported class action or other proceedings.

EXTENSION OF RAFFLE: At TFT’s sole discretion and option, the dates for the drawings may be extended by no more than 90 days.

AMENDMENT OF RULES: If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the RAFFLE has been compromised, TFT reserves the right, exercisable at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the RAFFLE. The Official Rules may be amended by TFT in their sole discretion. Amendments will be posted on the Website. Unless otherwise specified, any amendments will become effective at 12:00:01 a.m. CST on the day after they are posted.

RULES: The Official Rules will be posted at https://turkeysfortomorrow.org throughout the RAFFLE time frame.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The RAFFLE and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright protected. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted material or trademarks without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
