Ron Jolly lives in east-central Alabama and has hunted turkeys for six decades. He is one of the original TFT Founding Members, and has served on the Board of Directors in a leadership role. He is an award-winning author, video and television producer, and a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation's Grand National Hall of Fame.
Jason Lupardus | KENTUCKY
Chief Executive Officer
Jason Lupardus serves in a leadership position with enthusiasm, vision, and passion for TFT's mission. Jason brings TFT nearly 20 years of experience in conservation with a working background in a state agency, multiple non-profits, and the corporate arena. He is a passionate conservationist that loves the outdoors, especially the wild turkey. Jason has a B.S. and M.S. in wildlife management and forestry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a background as a certified wildlife biologist and owns Wildlife and Land Management Group, LLC.
Carter Weeks | ALABAMA
Chair of Board | Legal Counsel
Carter Weeks resides in East-Central Alabama and is a second-generation turkey hunter with 30 years of turkey hunting experience. He is a partner of the Samford & Denson Law Firm located in Opelika, Alabama, specializing in corporate and real estate transactions. He is an avid turkey hunter and caller who enjoys giving back to the sport of turkey hunting. He enjoys traveling to hunt turkeys with friends and family and enjoys managing property for deer, waterfowl, and turkeys.
Bradley Wooldridge | TENNESSEE

Bradley has a deep history in pharmacy and as a entrepreneur, but more importantly, he has been an active conservationist with a long-term love for turkeys. He is originally from North Alabama where there were very few turkeys in the past nor today. He learned the art of turkey hunting from watching others over time. His addiction to the bird grew tremendously when he moved to middle TN where bird numbers were much higher after reintroduction efforts. His passion for turkeys is only equivocal to the desire for his kids and our future generations to have similar hunting and outdoor experiences that he has shared over time.
Chip Davis | MISSISSIPPI
Secretary of Board
Chip Davis is a resident of Mississippi, where he works as a farm equipment dealer, a dedicated trapper and a tremendously successful land manager catering to all wildlife but, especially, to the wild turkey. His leadership by example on his own 330 acres has resulted in the recruitment of 100 new wild turkey poults to the land’s flock in each of the past three years. Growing and chasing turkeys are his primary passions. He became the 2nd sportsman to harvest all recognized Wild Turkey Slams; however, he is the 1st person to fulfill completion of all 6 Wild Turkey Slams with 100% adult gobblers in the spring.
Terry Rohm | GEORGIA

Terry Rohm grew up in Perry County, Pennsylvania, the so-called ‘Turkey Calling Capital of the World’, the Rohm family name has been recognized in the turkey industry for decades. Terry’s career started in the outdoor industry working with the late Ben Lee. Winning numerous turkey calling competitions and traveling to different states has allowed Terry to see that all turkey hunters had one thing in common, they loved turkey hunting! Terry is member of the National Wild Turkey Federation's Grand National Hall of Fame.

Will Dixon | ALABAMA

Will Dixon lives in the small south Alabama town of Pine Apple. He was raised in West Point, Mississippi, a second-generation turkey hunter with 26 years of turkey hunting experience. He has been involved in the outdoor industry his entire life. He is a registered forester who works for Larson & McGowin Forestry Consultants, LLC managing timber properties for a wide array of clients across south Alabama. His love for the outdoors, especially the wild turkey, is evident in his work and recreation, always making sure that something is given back to the land.
Jody Pagan | ARKANSAS

Jody is a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. By trade, he’s the owner of Ecosystems Protection Service LLC. Additionally, he’s the commissioner on the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission and chairman of research at the Five Oaks Agricultural Research and Education Center at Stuttgart. He also has a background in wildlife biology. And most importantly, he is a conservationist that loves to hunt and fish.

While growing up in Oklahoma, Brad recalls many mornings of countless gobbles across the cottonwood bottoms found on his family’s ranch. Brad brings with him a devotion to wild turkey conservation and spreading the word of Christ. Brad enjoys speaking to large audiences and has utilized this talent to promote conservation, ethical hunting, and the ministry. Brad is the owner of Full Strut Media and the host of Final Descent Outdoors, an outreach program he established. Final Descent Outdoors is currently one of the most viewed programs on the Pursuit Channel and is seen in 40 million homes. Now, the lack of turkeys on the family ranch is what motivated Brad to look for a solution. Brad demands his four kids be able to experience the same sights and sounds. He found the solution in TFT and the work we are doing to save the wild turkey. There is no doubt that Brad will play a vital role in TFT and will prove to be an invaluable asset to the organization.

Jeremy Phillips is a board member and vice president of Meriwether Site Solutions, Inc., a construction agency in western Georgia. His profession, along with his love of the outdoors, has shown him needs and opportunities to make a positive impact for environmental stewardship and conservation. It’s a drive that fuels his professional decisions, aligning his work in both the industrial and natural arenas. Sharing vital education with present and future generations motivate him to work for the wild turkey every day.

B.C. was born in Morton, Mississippi and has a lifelong love of the outdoors. He has been a business owner for more than 25 years. Today his business, Wren & Ivy Sporting and Travel Gear, holds a top-shelf position in the outdoors market. His dedication to the wild turkey stems from deep Mississippi roots. His commitment to the outdoors and to youth development through Boy Scouts of America perfectly positioned him to aid the mission of sharing vital information on wild turkey management with those seeking their own recipe to succeed.
Cassie Anderson | MISSISSIPPI

Cassie Anderson is an attorney and land manager based in south Mississippi and Louisiana. She’s worked in a number of areas of the legal field, and she oversees Longleaf Farms, the extraordinary turkey hunting property that her grandfather launched 75 years ago near Liberty, Miss. Her land management work deals directly with timber and wildlife, where turkeys have been a focus for generations. She helped launch TFT’s Louisiana/Mississippi chapter in 2023, as well as the new Scenic Rivers Chapter covering several counties in southwest Mississippi.
Stacy Boland | SOUTH CAROLINA

Stacy Boland is a metalworking process engineer and lifelong outdoorsman from South Carolina whose introduction to the wild turkey changed his life. Today, chasing and supporting the bird are his two driving passions. When Stacy learned of Turkeys for Tomorrow, he immediately became a member and has since become a founding member of the TFT Upstate Chapter in Greenville, S.C., while also helping coordinate other chapters in the state. He is also a politically active sportsman’s advocate with the South Carolina Legislature and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. He is a well-rounded sportsman and is highly-respected by his peers, particularly on the subject of the wild turkey.

Christopher Barbee is a business executive with experience serving as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer for startups, high-growth technology companies, and global brands. He has spent his career helping organizations grow by combining strategic leadership with practical execution across marketing, sales, and business development.
Chris is passionate about conservation, the outdoors, and introducing the next generation to hunting traditions and wildlife stewardship. He is an Eagle Scout and serves in board and executive advisory capacities for the SC Yacht Club, Fast Company, and Forbes. When he’s not working, you’ll most often find him chasing gobbles in the spring, hunting waterfowl in the fall, or sharing his love of the outdoors with his family.

A lifelong native of Georgia, Donald, or DJ as he’s known to many, was raised in the outdoors where his passion for the wild turkey has evolved into becoming a published author, freelance writer and has led to positions with several outdoor companies including Mossy Oak, Jebs Chokes and Pistol Creek Outdoors. He has guided turkey hunters for 32 years and in his words,”There might be others who love turkey hunting as much as I do, but I guarantee you, nobody loves it more. But, as much as I love turkey hunting, I love turkey’s more than that. I was taught to leave the woods better than I found them. That includes the wild turkey population. We all have that responsibility as sportsmen and sportswomen, conservationists and stewards and ,if you are a turkey hunter, you should feel obligated."

Sean hails from Conway, SC. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. A passion for types of hunting runs through his veins from an early age. Sean has an extensive background in law enforcement, protective operations, and the federal intelligence community since 1995 with many years of war zone experience. Turkey hunting and preserving the wild turkey and its habitat for future generations has been a big part of his life for over 35 years. Sean’s community giveback and patriotism is also highlighted through his founded charity, Hunts of Honor.
Kevin Matthews| ALABAMA

Kevin Matthews lives in south Alabama and has 29 years of turkey hunting experience. Matthews has appeared on numerous television shows and hunting DVDs produced by Mossy Oak and Primos. He worked with Primos to develop mouth diaphragm calls and is credited with designing the Primos Signature Series, the Hook Hunter Series, and the Hacked Off Series of calls and most recently the Mossy Oak Mouth Call Series. He has hunted and worked with world champion callers Bob Walker, Preston Pittman and Larry Norton to name a few.

Reid Duvall resides in Auburn, Alabama and is a third-generation turkey hunter with 20 years of experience in the spring woods. He entered the outdoor industry while attending the University of Alabama, working as an archery tech for outdoor retailer Woods & Water Inc. and aiding in call assembly for Houndstooth Game Calls. He is passionate about spurring meaningful change in conservation and educating new outdoorsmen and women in the sport. Reid now works for ServisFirst Bank and actively provides insight into the financial needs of TFT.
Shannon McNally | MISSISSIPPI

from a young age. Her love for the outdoors led her to hunting, and she went on her first turkey hunt in 2018. Since then, she has developed a deep respect for the wild turkey and the conservation work needed to protect them. Shannon values the tradition, community, and stewardship that define the turkey hunting culture.

Jason Tarwater grew up in northeast Kansas where he fell in love with all things hunting, fishing and conservation. He earned dual B.S. degrees in wildlife biology and fisheries biology from Kansas State University where he also began his long commitment to conservation service through The Wildlife Society and other nonprofit organizations. After graduating from KSU he became a Public Lands Manager for the Kansas Dept of Wildlife & Parks before moving to Montana.
With more than 20 years of nonprofit experience, both as a dedicated volunteer and a seasoned professional, Jason brings deep field knowledge, innovation, and steady leadership to Turkeys for Tomorrow. His career has been built on one simple belief: that healthy wildlife and strong hunting traditions depend on people willing to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.
