The 2026 Preserve the Poults Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Turkeys For Tomorrow, Inc. (“TFT” or “Sponsor”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, P.O. Box 3810, Auburn, Alabama 36831-3810 (EIN: 85-2918057). Sweepstakes proceeds support TFT’s mission of wild turkey conservation through science-based research, habitat improvement, and educational programs.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes entry period (“Entry Period”) begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Central Time (“CT”) on July 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. CT on Sept 15, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Minnesota, Montana, and Washington, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legally eligible to possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Turkeys For Tomorrow, Inc., their immediate family members (parents, children, spouse, siblings, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household as such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
- HOW TO ENTER
Method 1 — Online Entry with Voluntary Donation
Visit turkeysfortomorrow.org/strut-into-summer-sweepstakes during the Entry Period and make a voluntary donation to TFT. Entries are granted as follows: $20 donation = 1 entry; $50 donation = 3 entries; $100 donation = 7 entries; $250 donation = 20 entries; $500 donation = 50 entries; $1,000 donation = 150 entries. Each entry is automatically included. A donation will not improve your chances of winning relative to the free method of entry described below.
Method 2 — Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY. To enter without making a donation, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address (including city, state, and ZIP code), telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a post card with proper postage to:

Each valid mail-in entry received during the Entry Period will be granted one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer mailing envelope. Singled, hand-addressed envelopes only; no mechanical reproductions, bulk-mail entries, or entries generated by script, macro, or automated device. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 12, 2026, and received by September 15, 2026.
Entry Limits
Maximum of one hundred fifty (150) entries per person during the entire Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate mail-in entries (same name and address) beyond the per-envelope limit will be discarded. All entries become the exclusive property of TFT and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or corrupted is void and will not be accepted.
- CONSUMER DISCLOSURES

Open to legal U.S. residents (excluding MN, MT, WA), age 21 or older. Void where prohibited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $3,0000. Odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. No prize is redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prize values are stated in U.S. dollars based on manufacturer’s suggested retail price at the time of Sweepstakes commencement.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On each Drawing Date one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor using a certified random-number-generation tool. Winning entries remain in the pool for subsequent drawings; however, each entrant may win no more than one (1) prize during the Sweepstakes. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.
Potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, or direct message within two (2) business days of the applicable drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) business days of notification, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- FIREARM PRIZE CONDITIONS
This Sweepstakes includes a firearm. All winners of firearm prizes must conform to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and transport of firearms. Specifically, firearm prize winner must:
(a) Be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g);
(b) Provide TFT with the name, address, and Federal Firearms License (FFL) number of a licensed firearms dealer in the winner’s state of residence to facilitate delivery;
(c) Successfully complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check at the designated FFL dealer prior to taking possession of the firearm; and
(d) Be solely responsible for all FFL transfer fees, shipping costs, applicable state and local taxes, and any other fees associated with the legal transfer of the firearm.
Forfeiture and Alternate Winner. If any winner of a firearm prize is unable to accept the prize due to legal restrictions on firearm possession, failure to pass a background check, inability to identify an FFL dealer, or any similar reason whatsoever, the prize will be automatically forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor may offer a substitute non-firearm prize of comparable value in lieu of forfeiture.
Each winner of a firearm prize agrees to provide his or her Social Security number to Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent for firearm prize delivery and/or tax reporting purposes.
- TAX OBLIGATIONS
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and assessments on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at Six Hundred Dollars ($600) or more must provide a valid Social Security number and complete IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes valued at $600 or more, reflecting the Approximate Retail Value. Failure to provide required tax documentation within fourteen (14) days of Sponsor’s request will result in prize forfeiture. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of donations made in connection with this Sweepstakes; winners and donors should consult their own tax advisors.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to have: (i) violated these Official Rules; (ii) interfered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (iii) altered or attempted to alter the random outcome of the Sweepstakes; (iv) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (v) violated any law or regulation in connection with the Sweepstakes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (B) ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (C) ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT EXCEED THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COST INCURRED BY SUCH ENTRANT IN ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES.
All prizes are awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the prizes and expressly disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- NOTICE TO ONLINE PARTICIPANTS
Use of mass entries, entries generated by script, macro, bot, or automated device is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; (iii) technical, network, telephone, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; (iv) inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (v) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. The “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address used to enter is deemed the entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other entity responsible for assigning email addresses.
- PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, city and state of residence, voice, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any medium now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. Entry constitutes consent to the publication of the winner’s name.
Entrant information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at turkeysfortomorrow.org/privacy-policy. By submitting contact information, entrants agree that Sponsor may use such information for marketing purposes unless prohibited by law.
- AMENDMENT, TERMINATION, AND FORCE MAJEURE
If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the event requiring such action. Sponsor may extend the drawing dates by no more than thirty (30) days at its sole discretion.
The Official Rules may be amended by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Amendments will be posted at turkeysfortomorrow.org and become effective upon posting. Unless otherwise specified, amendments become effective at 12:00:01 A.M. CT on the day after posting.
- GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Alabama, and each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A MEMBER OF A CLASS IN ANY CLASS ACTION PROCEEDING.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other social media platform. Each entrant releases all such platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes.
