The winner of the special non-resident deer license can choose the season they would like to hunt: Bow, Gun1, Gun2 or Late Muzzleloader. These dates are Oct. 1 through Dec. 3, then Dec. 20 through Jan. 10. They winner may choose to use the tag during the 2023 or 2024 deer season, and they may also choose to have the deer license issued to another person.
